  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a return request through Etsy or Amazon within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please request a refund and place a new order.
